Used to simplify the plumbing of the steam ports in the for Chevy LS cylinder head. Compatible for all GM LS series engines. Can be installed on the front or rear of the cylinder heads/ Compatible with thread sealant on hose fittings (NOT included)/ Compatible with factory style head bolts or ARP 12 point head studs. Includes: 4 orings, 4 bolts, 2 threaded coolant ports, 2 plugs, and 1 steel braided hose.
