Unit is potted to prevent damage from moisture and vibration. Wiring CANNOT be extended with additional wiring. Contains two meters in one: Hour Meter & Tachometer, job timer & max RPM. Hour meter records total actual running time on your engine (total run time tracking and recording). Job timer tracks & records intervals and then resets to "0". Job timer can be reset to record run time for record keeping.
