Insert the roller into the bottom rail without the screw, replace the side stile, as the screw draws the roller's bottom backside tighter, the design causes the far end to rotate downward causing the roller to lift the door to the desired height. 1-1/2 inch diameter ball bearing roller. Galvanized stamped steel construction and steel roller. Used on metal framed sliding patio doors. Allows smooth sliding operation of patio door. A Phillips head screwdriver is required for installation.
