Size of 7" (175mm) in length and 0.04" (1.0mm), 1/16" (1.6mm), 3/32" (2.4mm) 1/8" (3.2mm) in Diameter,5-Pack is enough for beginner welding or repairation, each one rod can use for about a week. EWLa-1.5 designates a tungsten electrode containing 1.3-1.7% of dispersed lanthanum oxide (La2O3) for enhanced arc starting and stability, reduced tip erosion rate, and extended operating current range.. EWLa-1.5 electrodes can be used as nonradioactive substitutes for 2% thoriated tungsten as the operating characteristics are very similar. Lanthanated tungsten can be used for both dcen and ac applications.
