Industrial grade tungsten carbide tip cutters, solid hardened steel(45+Hardness) body with anti-kickback design. Cuts plywood, hardwoods, and softwoods, chipboard, and MDF etc. Use on electric router, edge trimmer, CNC and other automatic routers. Suitable for creating a uniform chamfer on the edge of the work piece. Chamfer size can be adjusted by changing the height of the router bit. Cannot be used to cut ferrous metal and non wood materials. Suggested feed rate: 4-6m/min; suggested spindle speed: 18000-22000rpm/min.
